In this setting ask users what are you looking for when there is no product in the cart after 5 min. You can also set the timing of the helping window.
In this setting user can also add purpose of the product when they do add to cart and admin can see and change that purpose.
Admin can enter purpose of the product and through this purpose, user can search in what are you looking popup.
